Miraculous and profound
I arrived at the second day of Master Sha's recent Soul Song Soul Dance Healer Certification retreat in Toronto not knowing what the day would bring. I did know it would be wonderful, joyous and amazing. I did know it would open my mind, eyes, heart and spiritual, energy and matter channels more. I did know it would deepen my total GOLD (gratitude, obedience, loyalty and devotion to the Divine), faith, trust and more. I did know it would be miraculous and profound, because every day as Master Sha’s student is. Every day is a birthday. Happy Birthday to us!!!! (If you're not a student, or don't know Master Sha at all, please start with SoulHealingDrSha.com.)

A Call to Soul Healing and Enlightenment
Master Sha is offering a Soul Healing and Enlightenment Retreat in Atlanta from October 23-25. There are really no words to adequately describe the magnitude of what is offered at a Soul Healing and Enlightenment Retreat. Healing, energizing, rejuvenating, purifying, blessing, transforming, harmonizing, unifying and enlightening are words that I would use, but they are not enough. Loving is the single best word that I can find. Love is the force that makes all of the other words possible. For several days, from morning to night, we are in a field of love - divine love, Master Sha's love, the love of many holy beings and the love of and for each and every participant. How can 'miracles' not happen in such a field? Do whatever you must to join us! You will never regret it for the rest of all of your lifetimes.

A great new spiritual film: Soul Masters
I'd like to digress a little by telling you about a new documentary film entitled "Soul Masters: Dr. Guo and Dr. Sha." Dr. and Master Zhi Chen Guo is Master Sha's most beloved spiritual father. In China, Master Guo is known as "the Master who can cure the incurable."
This heart-touching film gives you a window into the most amazing possibilities for healing and transformation. It is a preview of Heaven on Earth. As a student of Master Sha and Master Guo for more than eight years, I have been privileged to witness the “miracles” that come through their healing channels and healing techniques almost every day. I am really thrilled that many more people can witness these miracles now, which include recovery from pancreatic and other types of cancer, and from chronic pain and immobility due to arthritis and injury.
Even more, this film will tell many, many people that these experiences are available to each of them. I hope you will be one of these people. But don't take my word for it. You can read reviews on Amazon.com. You can also watch a trailer for the film at http://www.soulmastersmovie.com/ and read what Dr. Norman Shealy and Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith said about it. If you don't want to purchase a DVD of the film, you can watch it through online streaming for just a few dollars.
As the police chief who received one of the many remarkable healings in the film said near the end, “This is real.” Heaven on Earth can be real. If we join hearts and souls together, Heaven on Earth will be real.
With love and gratitude,
Allan

How I Began My Spiritual Journey
I am an enlightened soul.
That is a simple statement. It is a most remarkable statement for me to make. Even more remarkable is the journey that has led me to soul enlightenment. I am honored to share a little of this journey with you.
I met Dr. Sha (as I first knew him; it would some time before I truly understood and acknowledged him as Master Sha) on April 8, 2000. This is a date I will never forget, for it is one of the most important days in my physical life, and it was the most important day in my spiritual life. Dr. Sha was giving a talk at the Whole Life Expo in San Francisco. On my own, I would have never attended this gathering and exhibition of alternative, new age and spiritual practitioners, but my beloved wife Mimi saw a brochure for the Expo that featured Dr. Sha’s talk and she really wanted to go (I'll explain why in my next post). As for me, I was a very “successful” person in the physical and material world, but not a spiritual person at all. Not that I was a bad person, but my occupations and preoccupations where mainly with success in the physical realms. I was always blessed with good health. I hadn’t even seen a doctor for twenty years, so why would I be interested in alternative healers? At age 50, my primary goal was to retire by age 55 so that I could—well, I guess so that I could enjoy retirement—nothing more.
To be continued . . .

What Is Service?
If I'm going to write a blog about unconditional universal service, I should share what this means to me. Hopefully, this will put us all on the same page - or, at least, you will understand what page I'm on!
Let me start by explaining "service." You all have an idea of what service is. In our world, there are service stations that offer services for your car (at least, they used to!). You have no doubt interacted with Customer Service personnel in many settings. You yourself may work in a customer service department or in a service industry. Many of you do volunteer service. According to the dictionary, the word "service" has its roots in the Latin servum, which means "slave," but of course this is not the meaning we have in mind. We're talking about the more evolved definition of "service," which is to "help or benefit" and to "contribute to the welfare of others."
Master Sha has recently flowed a major new book (to be published in January 2009) in which his teaching is even more simple than before. The most powerful soul secrets, wisdom, knowledge and practices that he reveals are concentrated in his "One-Sentence Secrets." Let me share the "one-sentence definition" of service that I just received:
Service is anything - any activity, behavior or thought - that increases love, forgiveness, peace, healing, blessing, harmony and/or light in oneself, in any other person or in any soul.
I hope this resonates with you - soul, heart, mind and body.

Greetings from My Heart and Soul
This blog was supposed to be called "My Spiritual Journey as an Unconditional Universal Servant," but that was too long for this site. It really should be called "My Spiritual Journey to Unconditional Universal Service with Master Zhi Gang Sha," but that's way too long! Let me explain why this long title is the correct title.
First, to call myself an Unconditional Universal Servant would be quite an exaggeration, but I am definitely on my spiritual journey to become one. You are on or interested in your spiritual journey, but you may not really know what "unconditional universal service" is. You may not have a clue why it should matter to you and your spiritual journey. I hope this blog will shed some light for you. In fact, I will share my light and love with you through this blog. I hope it will open your mind and your heart to the possibility of becoming an unconditional universal servant yourself.
Second, there is no way I would be on this journey were it not for my most beloved spiritual teacher and master, Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha. Whatever progress I have made on my journey, whatever insights I can share to inspire and assist you and to help you avoid the mistakes I've made, whatever love and light you can receive from me through this blog - all credit goes to Master Sha. He is the best example of an Unconditional Universal Servant I know.
And so, this blog is about Master Sha as much as it is about me. My true healing and most profound transformation began the day I met him. My transformation continues each and every day. Whatever I have accomplished so far on my spiritual journey is the direct result of Master Sha's unconditional universal service.
From my heart and soul, I am delighted and honored to share a little of Master Sha with you through this blog.
